Age 69 of Riverview.  Beloved wife of Ron Stovall.  Loving mother of Bobbie (Frank) Smigielski, Brenda (Chris) Begtzos, and Beth (Rob) Cross.  Dearest grandmother of Stephen, Brandon, Matthew, Bryan, Joshua, Jacob, Nicholas, Anthony, Hannah, and Robby.  Billie was preceded in death by her siblings Patricia Helminski and Gary Meadows.  Visitation Monday 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Solosy Funeral Home.  Funeral Service Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Solosy Funeral Home.  Entombment Michigan Memorial Park.
