Brian was born on August 27, 1966 to Leo and Betty Ryerse in Marquette, Michigan. He is one of six children. Dearest brother of Eric, Lee, the late David, Ruth, and the late Dorothy. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Brian loved the outdoors. Living in the Upper Peninsula for a large part of his life, he gained a great fondness for being out in the fresh air among the trees. He could regularly be found at a campsite adding logs to his roaring campfire. Brian liked to fish as well. With rod and tackle box in hand, he would be at a lake or river trying to reel in that big catch.
Brian enjoyed many things in life. Whether he was outdoors or at home, he loved to cook. One of his favorite things to eat were pasties. When he went out, he found pleasure in eating at his favorite restaurant, Golden Corral. In his spare time, smoking weed was how he relaxed. He also had a deep passion for all things Michigan State and faithfully cheered on his State teams. Above all else though, he loved and adored his family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids.
Brian will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
