Beloved wife of Rodrigo Rodriguez Sr. Dearest mother of Simon Rodriguez, Mario (HyeRan) Rodriguez, Pamela Rodriguez and Rodrigo (Dawn) Rodriguez Jr. Loving sister of Fernando (Maricela) Leija. Dearest grandmother of Danon Bell Jr., Rachel Rodriguez, Rene Rodriguez, Estella Rodriguez, Jude Rodriguez and Noel Rodriguez. Dear great grandmother of Dilynn Bell, Dallas Bell and the late Danon Bell III. Celia was also preceded in death by her siblings Isaac Ramirez, Aaron Ramirez, Charles Ramirez, Frank Ramirez, Anthony Ramirez, Virginia Rodriguez, Evageline Soney and Bernard Leija Jr.

Visitation Friday November 15, 2019 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary. Instate Saturday November 16, 2019 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (1540 Riverbank, Lincoln Park). Interment Woodmere Cemetery.
