Charles Leonard Eluskie

Age 85. Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of Susan (Matthew) Cahillane, Cheryl Vick, and Sandra (Gregory) Staffe. Dearest grandfather of Sarah (Nathan) Ferrell, Veronica (Eric) Craddock, Steven (Krystal) Staffe, Gabrielle (Gregory) Jenkins, Samantha (Justin) Doran, Hannah (Lexi) Cahillane, and Rory Cahillane. Dear great grandfather of Paisley, McKenzie, Bennett, Ezekiel, Charlotte, Emmalyn, Grayson, and Caleb. Loving brother of Gerald (Marianne) Eluskie, the late Robert (Nancy) Eluskie, the late Carolyn (David) Birchfield, and Patricia (Tom) Darichuk. Loving brother-in-law of Rosemary (William) Daly. Charles is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, and great great nephews.

Charles faithfully and honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War era. Upon leaving the military he spent 32.8 years with General Motors as a maintenance supervisor. He was a long time member of Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church and served with the Robert Jones Knights of Columbus. Charles was an unparalleled fan of the Detroit Tigers and watched every game of the season from first pitch to last out.
