Ernest Jerry Czeczeli, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on March 14, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on September 24, 1945, Ernest lived a life defined by hard work, quiet dedication, and a deep love for his family.
Ernest shared a remarkable life with his beloved wife, Mary Ann Dean. Together for 40 years, their relationship was built on unconditional love, care, and unwavering support for one another. Their bond was the foundation of a home filled with strength and devotion.
He was a proud father to Patricia Bradley and Raymond Dean, and his legacy continues through his six grandchildren—Daniel, Riley, Raymond, Nate, Paris, and Josh—and seven great-grandchildren—Titus, Ty, Onnice, Olivia, Penelope, Logan, and Grayson Oliver—each of whom brought him great joy.
Ernest had a natural gift for working with his hands. He loved fixing homes and had a true talent for building and creating. Whether working on a project, restoring RVs and boats, or simply improving the space around him, he found purpose and satisfaction in bringing things to life. More than anything, he had a passion for caring for his wife Mary and ensuring his family was always provided for.
He will be remembered for his playful spirit and the way he showed affection—often teasing those he loved most. He enjoyed watching westerns, spending time with his family, and staying busy with the projects that brought him pride.
To those who knew him best, every moment spent with Ernest was meaningful. His presence, his work ethic, and his love for his family will leave a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
His family will forever cherish the memories of a life well lived and a man deeply loved.
Ernest’s cremation arrangements will take place in the care of Solosy Funeral Home.
