Geraldine Ann Somers

Age 75. Beloved mother of Terry (Amy) Somers, Tracey Turco and Mark (Simone) Somers. Dearest sister of Joanne and the late Rosemary and Walter. Loving Grandmother of Cameron, Noah, Alicia, Reece, Savanna, Nathan, Ariana and Isabella. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Terrance Somers and her parents Walter and Wanda Mielnicki.

Gerry enjoyed her time volunteering at church with the weaving of mats out of plastic bags that get donated through the homeless ministry and also she assisting with Eucharist and readings as well.

Visitation Thursday, January 28, 2021 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m. Mass at 10 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepard with instate time at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment with her husband at a later date at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery. Please keep in mind prior to visiting the funeral home, due to the Michigan Department of Health Guidelines, we are only permitted to allow 25 people inside the funeral home at any given time and face masks/face coverings are mandatory
