Gregory Raymond Mros

Gregory Raymond Mros, a beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2024, at the age of 72. Born on January 16, 1952, to the late Stanley and Anna Mros, Greg lived a life filled with love, joy, and cherished memories.

Greg was a devoted father to his children, Alaynna (Alex) Reid and Walter Mros. He found immense joy in spending time with them. As a loving grandpa, known affectionately as "GG" by his grandchildren, Lincoln, Sonny, and Layla, Greg treasured every moment spent with them.

He is survived by his brothers, Gary Mros, Gilbert Mros, and Gordon Mros; and joins his late brother, Glen Mros, in eternal rest. His nieces and nephews, Renee, Stanley, Mary, Sarah, Laura, Nolan, Matt, and Natalie, will always remember his warmth and kindness.

Greg had a great appreciation for the simple pleasures in life. He loved all kinds of snack foods, with a special fondness for pink frosted cookies. He enjoyed relaxing and watching his favorite TV shows, including "Law and Order: SVU," "M*A*S*H," and "Blue Bloods." Greg also took pleasure in playing the Daily 3 and Daily 4 Lotto, golfing, swimming, and spending time on the beautiful beaches of the eastern coast of Florida.

Though the pain of losing Greg is profound, his family finds comfort in knowing that he is joyfully reunited with his parents, brother, and sweet baby Natalie, his first-born daughter who passed away as a baby. His legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Cremation will take place in the care of Solosy Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather on Friday, June 28, 2024, at the front gates of Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Flat Rock and a graveside committal service will begin at 11:00 AM.
