Beloved husband of Lynn. Dear brother to Gidget Davis and brother in law to Ian and Lois, Doug and Robin and Christin. Loving uncle to Valeta, Brenda, Barry, Bryan, Chrissy, Sarah, Jennifer, Andrew, Cori, Heather, Doug, Colin and Chloe'. He was also a great uncle and great-great uncle to many.

J.D. was a member of the Boilermaker's Union 169, Masonic Lodge 536 Berkley, PC of the Wyandotte Yacht Club, PCDR Wyandotte Pwr Squadron, the Blue Gavel District 25 and the American Legion 0225.

Memorial visitation Saturday September 21, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
