Beloved husband of Sandra Wiley. Loving father of Crystle Lee Holman and Joseph Robert Cushing. Dear brother of Robert C. Wiley, Doreen Stanley, and Brenda (Matthew) Springstead. Dearest son of the late Robert and Carmialeta Wiley. Proud grandfather of Cody and 7 step-grandchildren.
