Age 69 of Lincoln Park. Beloved wife of the late Edward Lee "Sonny" Parker. Loving mother of Tonda Parker, Tony (Shannon) Parker and Linda (Steven) Parker. JoeAnn was preceded in death by her brothers John Centers and Earl Centers. Dearest grandmother of Jonathan (Kelly) Parker, Calvin (Isabella) Parker, Devin (Taylor) Parker and Shelby Hunt. JoeAnn is also survived by great grandchildren Calvin, Brisa, Aiden, Iris, Jonathan, Jr., Jaxon and Ivvy.

Visitation Friday December 27, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and an 11:00 a.m. funeral service Saturday December 28, 2019 at the funeral home. Interment Woodmere Cemetery.
