Jonathan Edward Bihl

It is with profound sadness that the family of Jonathan Edward Bihl announce his passing on Monday, January 8, 2024 at the age of 36 years.

Beloved son of Hilding "Bud" and Carol Bihl.  Dear brother of Tina Annmarie (Steve), Roger, and April.  Loving nephew of Karen (John), David (Evelyn), Helen "Cathy" (Bob), Stephen (Lena), Lillian (Jim), Paul (Bea), John, and the late James.  Dearest uncle of Paul, Steven, Charles, Michael, Tommy and great-uncle of Daman, Misty, Kaylee, and Ashton.  Jonathan will be sincerely missed by many other family members and friends.

Jonathan was born on November 29, 1987.  At 13 years old, amid a brisk January, Jonathan became a dearly loved member of the Bihl family. Throughout Jonathan's teenage years the family found pleasure in spending time together outdoors. They enjoyed many camping trips in the woods among the trees and around the campfire. Jonathan loved animals and had a furry companion growing up. He adored his golden retriever "Patrchees," whom was named after a book he read as a child. Swimming with his dog was a fun summer activity they both enjoyed. Jonathan even had a science project one year in which he taught the dog to go in a circle in front of him.

As an adult, Jonathan enjoyed many things. He was an excellent cook and loved to work in the kitchen. Cooking was not only a hobby, but he also spent time as a chef for work. Jonathan had a knack for putting spices together to make a delicious meal. A few of his favorite dishes to make at home were chili and ribs. Jonathan could do anything he set his mind to do. He earned his license to drive a hi-lo and worked in a warehouse. Also, if anyone had a computer giving them trouble, Jonathan was good at figuring out the problem and repairing it. Jonathan was excellent at playing the game of chess. He loved sitting down for an intense chess battle with his dad. Going fishing and swimming with friends was a hobby Jonathan regularly took pleasure in as well. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Jonathan's sweet personality will be remembered by his closest family and the friends who knew him well.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2023  4:00 PM until time of service at Solosy Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will begin at 7:00 PM.
