José Carlos Amaya Marquez, conocido cariñosamente como Carlos, falleció el 22 de marzo de 2026 a la edad de 34 años. Nació el 1 de marzo de 1992 en Perquín, Morazán Norte, El Salvador, hijo de Carlos Santos Amaya Nolasco y María Santos Márquez Membreño.

Familiares y amigos están invitados a reunirse para rendirle homenaje el sábado 28 de marzo de 2026, de 1:00 PM a 8:00 PM en Solosy Funeral Home, 3206 Fort Street, Lincoln Park, Michigan. El servicio funerario se llevará a cabo el mismo día a las 3:00 PM en la funeraria.

Jose Carlos Amaya Marquez, lovingly known as Carlos, passed away on March 22, 2026, at the age of 34. He was born on March 1, 1992, in Perquín, Morazán Norte, El Salvador, to Carlos Santos Amaya Nolasco and Maria Santos Marquez Membreño.

Carlos was a hardworking and devoted man who took great pride in providing for his family through his work in construction. Though his formal education reached the 9th grade, he was skilled with his hands, resourceful, and always willing to learn and grow.

He was the beloved husband of Yudis Claricia Luna, with whom he shared a life filled with love, partnership, and meaningful moments. His greatest joy in life was his daughters, whom he loved deeply. One of his most cherished memories was sharing a special dance with his eldest daughter, Janis Nicolle Marquez, during a school event—a moment that will forever remain in the hearts of his family.

Carlos found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. He enjoyed fishing, working on mechanics, and listening to rock music. Known for his cheerful, kind, and easygoing nature, he was a dreamer who always hoped for a better future for his family.

Among his proudest moments were the birth of his daughters, working hard to purchase his sports car, and the many camping trips and family memories they shared together.

Carlos had a deep love for his daughters, his mother, and his grandmother. He will be remembered as a loving father, devoted partner, and a strong man—a fighter who also knew how to enjoy life and bring joy to others.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Solosy Funeral Home, 3206 Fort Street, Lincoln Park, Michigan. A funeral service will take place that same day at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in Perquín, Morazán Norte, El Salvador.
