Dear sister of Marrine Ridner and Arthur "Larry" Downey. Loving grandmother of Melissa (Stanley) Campbell and great grandmother of Edison Campbell. Joyce was preceded in death by her siblings Glen C. Downy, Charles O. Downey, Don L. Downey, William Clifford Downey, Hiram Clarence Downey, George Downey Jr., Dorman D. Downey, Ethel "Jerry" Schwartz, and Gladys Smith.

Visitation Friday September 17, 2021 9:30 a.m. until time of Service at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Parkview Memorial Park Cemetery.
