Dearest grandmother of Brent Dylewski, Richard Holt, Andrew Holt, Julieanne Dylewski, Andy Dylewski, and Robert Dylewski. Dearest great grandmother of Troy Dylewski, Jillian Holt, Christopher Holt, Collin Holt, Giulianna Holt, Graysen Holt, and Braedyn Holt.
Visitation Wednesday September 5, 2018 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Scripture Service at the funeral home. Instate Thursday September 6, 2018 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass 10:00 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (1540 Riverbank, Lincoln Park). Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
