The family of Julie Ann Allen age 45 is saddened to announce her passing on September 2, 2023.

Julie was born on October 23, 1977, to Charles and Joanna Rutter. Beloved wife of the late John Allen. Loving mother of Jacob, Jordan, and Jillian. Dearest sister of Janice and Jennifer. Survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as her beloved pit bulls, Athena and Toast.

Cremation to take place, no services will be held at this time.
