Age 64 of Lincoln Park. Beloved husband of the late Lana Rae Pokorny. Loving father of Ian Pokorny and Kelly (Philip) Kirk. Dear brother of Cyril (Dolly) Pokorny, Donna Cox, and the late Duane Pokorny. Dearest grandfather of Makenzie, Addison, Colton, Emma, Coleman, Natalee, and Morgann. Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
