Margaret Alene Maddix

Age 74. Beloved wife of the late Darrell L. Maddix Sr. Dearest mother of Janice Abercrombie, Wendy Dziubek, Anne (Jerry) Wolfenbarger, Darrell L. (Michelle) Maddix Jr., Tristan Maddix, Trent Maddix, and the late Cheryl Abercrombie. Loving grandmother of 13 grandchildren. Dear great-grandmother of 11 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of the late Wilma Tanner, the late Buddy Tanner, Leroy Tanner, and Bernice Tanner.

Margaret enjoyed shopping at flea markets. She would often go to Shipshewana with family and friends. Margaret was an avid reader. She loved reading novels. She was often found curled up with a good book. Margaret will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Visitation Monday April 11, 2022 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the John K. Solosy Funeral Home.
