María nació el 17 de mayo de 1938, hija de Enrique Ramírez y Narcisa Olvera. Los primeros años de María estuvieron marcados por el amor y la dedicación de su padre y su abuela, tras la prematura muerte de su madre cuando María tenía sólo tres años. A pesar de crecer en un ambiente modesto, su hogar estaba lleno de amor y felicidad.

María fue la amada esposa del fallecido Francisco Muñoz-Flores, con quien compartió 44 maravillosos años hasta su fallecimiento. Su historia de amor comenzó cuando se conocieron en el trabajo y juntos construyeron una vida llena de amor y dedicación.

El mayor orgullo y alegría de María eran sus ocho hijos: Francisco, María de la Luz, Natalia, Guadalupe, Martín, Enrique, Lidia y Ricardo. A pesar de enfrentar muchas dificultades económicas, la determinación y el amor inquebrantables de María aseguraron que sus hijos se convirtieran en personas amables y de buen corazón. Su legado se extiende a través de sus 31 nietos y 34 bisnietos, cada uno de los cuales es testimonio de los fuertes lazos familiares que ella cultivó.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria Narziza Ramirez Olvera, who departed this life on May 27, 2024, at the age of 86.

Maria was born on May 17, 1938, to Enrique Ramirez and Narcisa Olvera. Maria's early years were shaped by the love and dedication of her father and grandmother, following the untimely death of her mother when Maria was just three years old. Despite growing up in modest surroundings, her home was filled with love and happiness.

Maria was the beloved wife of the late Francisco Munoz-Flores, with whom she shared 44 wonderful years until his passing. Their love story began when they met at work, and together, they built a life filled with love and dedication.

Maria's greatest pride and joy were her eight children: Francisco, Maria de la Luz, Natalia, Guadalupe, Martin, Enrique, Lidia, and Ricardo. Despite facing many economic hardships, Maria's unwavering determination and love ensured that her children grew into kind and good-hearted individuals. Her legacy extends through her 31 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren, each a testament to the strong family bonds she nurtured.

A woman of deep compassion and unending generosity, Maria was a cherished friend to many. Her home was always open, and she was known for offering advice and comfort to those in need. Her sense of humor ensured that there was never a dull moment when she was around. Maria's deep faith and devotion to God were the cornerstones of her life. She found great solace in praying for others and their well-being, embodying the spirit of selflessness and care.

Maria had a profound love for animals, and over the years, her home was graced by many beloved pets, including Smokey, Happy, Hunter, and Jack. Her nurturing nature extended to her garden, where she spent many happy hours tending to her plants. Maria also enjoyed cooking and knitting, often sharing her delicious dishes and handmade creations with family and friends.

One of Maria's most cherished memories was her pilgrimage to the Virgen of San Juan's Temple, a journey that brought her immense joy and spiritual fulfillment.

Maria's life was a testament to the power of love, resilience, and faith. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. Though she will be deeply missed, the values and love she instilled in those who knew her will continue to live on.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Solosy Funeral Home 2:00 - 8:00 p.m.
