Mary Ann Hallup, 88, of Lincoln Park, Michigan, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2025. Born on August 21, 1936, she was the eldest of five children to Albert and Irene Hallup (Margitza). Mary Ann was preceded in death by her beloved parents and siblings, Andrew, Martin, Gloria Jean, and Susan Hallup.
She leaves behind a cherished legacy through her beloved children, Daughter Beverly Silva (Roberto Angelo). Sons, Joseph Natt Jr. , Anthony Hallup (Jackie) and adored grandchildren, Christine Diorio, John Diorio, and Katie Hallup.
She will also be lovingly remembered by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Mary Ann found joy in the simple pleasures of life—cherishing time with family, playing bingo, cooking delicious meals, and sharing heartfelt conversations with loved ones over the phone. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she attended several Catholic churches throughout Michigan.
As her mobility became limited, she treasured every moment spent with her family, finding comfort and love in their presence. Mary Ann's warmth, kindness, and lively spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
