Mary Ann "Marie" Varga

Age 100. Beloved mother of Jerry Sadowski and Bill (Donna Hauncher) Sadowski. Loving sister of Margaret Kling. Dearest cousin of Rose Chiparo, Joe Chiparo and family, and Johnny Chiparo and family. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Marie was preceded in death by her husbands William Sadowski and Michael Varga. She is also preceded in death by her siblings Rose Frasier, Joseph Tola, Catherine Kling, and Mitchell Tola.

Marie lovingly devoted decades of her life to raising and caring for her family. She also volunteered at the Outer Drive Hospital in Lincoln Park working in the department that provided photography for the maternity ward. It gave her great joy to photograph those precious babies as they began their journey in this world. Marie had quite a life journey of her own and proudly became a centenarian in February.

Visitation Monday November 29, 2021 2:00 p.m. until time of Service at 7:15 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Angela Hospice or Alzheimer's Association .
