Dear grandmother of Jason Baker, Melissa Baker, Amanda (Adam) Talaski, Becky (William) Collier and Brandon Yarger. Dearest great grandmother of Riley Baker, Skyelar Baker, Clara Collier and Mary Collier.

Visitation Wednesday December 5, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
