Paul D. Chernak

Age 78. Beloved husband of Barbara A. Chernak. Loving brother of Sherry (Glen) Forslund, Roseann "Nan" (Ted) Finco, Ernest "Nip" Chernak, Richard "Dick" Chernak and Patty (Dave) Plesh. Dearest uncle to many nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his brother James Chernak.

Visitation Friday November 22, 2019 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary. Instate Saturday November 23, 2019 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (1540 Riverbank, Lincoln Park). Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
