Age 66. Dearest son of the late Ray and Dolly Felix. Beloved brother of Darlene (the late Elbert) Claiborne and the late Diane Lillis. Loving uncle of John, Jason, Michael, Jeffrey, Dolly, Amanda, Courtney, and many great nieces and nephews. Raymie (as the family knew him) loved to be north or south of his home in Southgate. He enjoyed time at the cabin in northern Michigan and also loved time spent south in Florida. He even made it out west in his younger years to visit Mt. Rushmore which was always a special place to him. Raymie was an avid history buff and was fascinated with the life of John F. Kennedy. He was especially drawn to the Kennedy family because one of their children struggled with a disability much like Raymie did in his own life. Despite his struggles in life, Raymie had a keen memory and was a go-to source for information both current and historic. He was also an animal lover. He adored turtles and had one as a pet. He also loved Alvin and the Chipmunks among other beloved characters.
