Robert "Bobby" D. Grabowski

Robert D. Grabowski - 08/31/1964 - 03/02/2022 Age. 57. of Southgate Michigan and most recent Cork County Ireland.

Bobby is survived by Stephen (Jesse Wood), Gary (Sally), Anthony III (Theresa), James (Deborah), Michael (Katherine), Mary (Lisa) and sister-in-law Laura Grabowski. Along with many nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Patricia (Thompson) Grabowski. Sister Rebecca, Brother John Grabowski and partner Scotty Ward.

Born in 1964, Robert (Bobby) lived a life many people would dream of. He was raised in Southgate and graduated from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in 1982. As a child, Bobby showed a knack for cooking and eventually went to culinary school in New York. He then relocated to Arizona where he met his true love, Scotty Ward. Bobby eventually moved back to Southgate. Bobby was very religious and followed the Catholic faith, attending services at Mt. Carmel in Wyandotte and Christ the Good Shepherd in Lincoln Park. In 2016 Bobby fulfilled his dream of moving to Ireland, where most recently he worked at a bed and breakfast as a Chef.  Due to his outgoing and snarky personality, Bobby made many friends everywhere he went. Bobby enjoyed bowling, the Detroit Red Wings, The Simpsons, books, musicals and going out to eat with friends. Bobby loved all animals and owned many cats and dogs including Phur Fase, Siouxsi, Cheyenne and many more.

A Memorial Celebration of life will be scheduled for a future time
