Loving mother of Melinda (the late George) Moore, Ellen Alexander (Donna Hale), Gladys Oliver, Alice (Roy) DeLeon and William (Deanna Hale). Preceded in death by brother Roy Black. Ruth leaves behind 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation Wednesday March 7, 2018, 9:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Woodmere Cemetery.
