Con gran pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Sandra Huerta, quien dejó este mundo demasiado pronto el 20 de febrero de 2025, a la edad de 40 años. Era una hija, esposa, madre y amiga amada cuya alegría de vivir era evidente en cada sonrisa, cada baile y cada reunión a la que asistía.

Nacida el 10 de marzo de 1984, Sandra fue la querida hija de Carlos Huerta Delgado y María Arellano Gómez. Creció rodeada de amor y llevó esa calidez a su propia familia, siempre asegurándose de que quienes la rodeaban se sintieran apoyados, apreciados y celebrados.

Sandra compartió un hermoso y devoto matrimonio con su amado esposo, Manuel Ortiz. Juntos, construyeron un hogar lleno de risas, amor y un sinfín de recuerdos. Ella era la orgullosa y adoradora madre de cuatro maravillosos hijos: Rubén, Omar, Alexsandra y Emmanuel. Sus hijos eran su mayor alegría y dedicó su vida a nutrirlos con amabilidad, fortaleza y amor incondicional.

Sandra era conocida por su felicidad contagiosa y su espíritu vivaz. Sandra tenía un profundo amor por el baile y, ya fuera en una fiesta familiar, una boda o simplemente en la sala de estar, nunca perdía la oportunidad de moverse al ritmo de su música favorita. Se invita a familiares y amigos a honrar la vida de Sandra en Solosy Funeral Home en Lincoln Park el miércoles 26 de febrero de 2025, de 1:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. Sus restos serán velados el jueves 27 de febrero de 2025, a partir de las 9:30 a. m. en la Basílica de Sainte Anne de Détroit, donde se celebrará una misa fúnebre a las 10:30 a. m. Sandra será enterrada en el cementerio Our Lady of Hope en Brownstown, Michigan.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Huerta, who left this world far too soon on February 20, 2025, at the age of 40. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, and friend whose joy for life was evident in every smile, every dance, and every gathering she attended.

Born on March 10, 1984, Sandra was the cherished daughter of Carlos Huerta Delgado and Maria Arellano Gomez. She grew up surrounded by love and carried that warmth into her own family, always making sure those around her felt supported, appreciated, and celebrated.

Sandra shared a beautiful and devoted marriage with her loving husband, Manuel Ortiz. Together, they built a home filled with laughter, love, and endless memories. She was the proud and adoring mother of four wonderful children: Ruben, Omar, Alexsandra, and Emmanuel. Her children were her greatest joy, and she dedicated her life to nurturing them with kindness, strength, and unconditional love.

Sandra was known for her infectious happiness and lively spirit. She had a deep love for dancing, and whether it was at a family party, a wedding, or simply in the living room, she never missed an opportunity to move to the rhythm of her favorite music. She was the life of every gathering, bringing people together with her warm heart and radiant energy. Being with family and friends was where she was happiest, and she always made those moments special with her genuine laughter and caring presence.

Her passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but her love and light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to honor Sandra's life at Solosy Funeral Home in Lincoln Park on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. She will lie in-state for visitation on Thursday, February 27, 2025, beginning at 9:30 AM at the Basilica of Sainte Anne de Détroit, where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM. Sandra will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown, Michigan.

Though Sandra is no longer physically with us, her joyful spirit, her love for life, and the memories she created will remain forever in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Rest in peace, Sandra. You will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
