Shirley Ann Fuller

The family of Shirley Ann Fuller, of Lincoln Park, is saddened to announce her passing on Monday, November 13, 2023 at the age of 88 years.

Shirley was born on December 11, 1934 to the late Bernard Roberts and Lillian (Shinaver) Roberts. She was preceded in death by her siblings Jeanette, Marietta, Arlene, Olive, and Lillian. Shirley, "Aunt Shirsh" as she was lovingly called, is survived by many nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, great-great nieces & nephews. She is also survived by numerous dear friends who became like family over the years.

In 1952, Shirley married the love of her life. She was the beloved wife of the late James Fuller for 52 years.

Throughout Shirley's life she enjoyed many things. Loving, caring for, and watching animals was something she regularly found pleasure in. Dogs were by far her favorite and she had many furry pals over the years. Her other passion in life was baking. Shirley's kitchen was no larger than a postage stamp, but that never stopped the delectable treats from flowing in abundance. Christmas was her favorite time of year to make loads of cookies to share with her family and friends. Some of the most memorable treats Shirley made were kieflies, nut rolls, and pineapple turnovers.

Shirley will be sincerely missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023  5:00 - 8:00 PM.  Funeral Service will begin at 6:30 PM at Solosy Funeral Home.

Interment at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, MI.
