Teresa Jeanne Bolla

The family of Teresa Jeanne Bolla, formerly of Allen Park, is saddened to announce her passing on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the age of 74 years.

Beloved wife of the late Robert Bolla. Loving mother of Tiffiny J. Bolla and Robert F. (Erin) Bolla II. She was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren. She was Memaw to Tyler, Destiny, and Ricky. She was Grandma to Chloe and Wyatt. She is the dear great grandmother of Victoria. No matter the term of endearment, she loved her grandchildren deeply.

Teresa was born on May 28, 1949 to the late Charles and Barbara Nance. She grew up in the Downriver area with her parents and siblings. She is the beloved sister of Patricia Nance, Tannia Fields, and the late Chuck Nance.

Teresa and Robert raised their family in the Downriver area. She cared deeply for her children and dedicated her life to raising them and providing for their needs. Eventually, Teresa made her way to the sunny coast of Florida where she resided until her passing. As her health declined, she was increasingly unable to get out-and-about but she enjoyed spending time at the house with her family while watching her favorite soap operas. Teresa will be sincerely missed by her family and friends and will be laid to rest next to her husband, Robert.

Visitation will take place on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 12:30 PM until the time of the service at 1:30 PM at Solosy Funeral Home in Lincoln Park. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia.
