Thomas Thomson

Age 78. Beloved husband of Debora. Loving father of Thomas III, the late Jason, Denise, Joseph, Jeremy, Kasey, Brittany, and Joshua. Dearest brother of Bruce, the late Florence, and the late Betty. Dear grandfather to many grandchildren.

Thomas loved working with his hands. He was mechanically inclined which helped him see success in his many rebuilding projects. Throughout the 1980s he proudly served as an auxiliary police officer for the city of River Rouge. He spent 19 years working for Ford Motor Company as a HiLo driver and enjoyed his work there but his lifelong "occupation" was fishing. He would fish whenever possible and loved the serenity it provided.

Per his wishes, Thomas will be cremated and inured at Great Lakes National Cemetery; an honor rightfully earned by his faithful service in the United States Army.
