Timothy Matthew Manis

Timothy Matthew Manis, affectionately known as Tim, passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on October 26, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan, Tim was the cherished son of the late Virgil and Violet Manis. He was a devoted husband to Michelle (Shelly) Manis and a beloved father to Gary Martin Reynolds and his wife Heather, and Brittany Lynn Reynolds and her husband Josh Rosario. Tim was a proud grandfather, lovingly called 'Papa Tim' by his grandchildren, Anjelyna, Darius, Gabby (Meatball), Isabela, and Khalon.

Tim was a cantankerous man, yet deeply loved by his large, close-knit family. He is survived by his siblings, Connie, Kathleen, Diane, Joan, Virgil, Holly, Joy, and Scott, and was preceded in death by his sister, Donna. Family was at the heart of Tim's life, and his love for them shone in everything he did, from his teasing to his thoughtful gestures. He was known for giving everyone a nickname, a special way he showed his affection.

A private cremation has taken place in the care of Solosy Funeral Home.
