Detroit

Tracey Margot Miller-Bolin, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 62. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Tracey was the cherished daughter of the late John and Marion Miller.

Tracey, known for her warm heart and generous spirit, was one of five siblings whose names all began with a "T." Some might not have realized that as the siblings often went by their nicknames. She is survived by her sisters Theresa, Terrelyn (Terri), and Taryn (Maala), and is predeceased by her brother Terrence (Mike).

Tracey was preceded in death by her devoted spouse, Fred Bolin, who passed away in 2014. Together, they built a loving family, raising their children Barbara (Randy) McIntyre and Adam Miller. Tracey's heart swelled with pride and joy for her grandchildren, whom she adored and who affectionately called her Grammy. Her grandchildren—Baby Adam, Andrew, Andrea (Kiki), Adam Jr. (Junior), Mario, Mia, and Mina—were the light of her life.

Tracey is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Known for her love of flip-flops and Crocs, Tracey would wear them even in the coldest weather, a testament to her free-spirited nature. She had a special affinity for dollar stores and would often bundle up her grandchildren for a fun outdoor adventure to Family Dollar in her famous buggy, creating cherished memories along the way.

Tracey's talent for BBQ-ing was legendary. Her delicious meals were a staple not just for her family but for the entire neighborhood. Friends and neighbors frequently asked her children, "When is your mom going to be grilling again?" They would eagerly gather, ready to enjoy her culinary delights. Tracey had a remarkable gift for feeding people, ensuring no one EVER left her home hungry.

Her caring and selfless nature extended far beyond her family. Tracey was always looking out for others, offering help and support to anyone in need. Her kindness and generosity touched countless lives, and there wasn't a person who didn't benefit from knowing her.

Tracey Margot Miller-Bolin's legacy of love, generosity, and warmth will live on through the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
