Age 80. Beloved husband of Barbara J. Kotlarczyk. Loving father of Walter J. (Cathy) Kotlarczyk Jr., Jeffery A. Kotlarczyk, and Gregory A. Kotlarczyk. Dear brother of John, the late Joseph, and the late Frances. Dearest grandfather of Brandon, Rodney, Robin, and Tristan and great grandfather of Abby, Raelyn, Bentley, and Bailey. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Sunday January 27, 2019 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. Scripture Service. Instate Monday January 28, 2019 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass 10:00 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (1540 Riverbank, Lincoln Park). Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
